The job of peeling eggs (breaking, breaking, and removing eggshells without damaging the egg whites) is a losing battle. We waste time on this work and money on broken eggs.
A customer spends 1.5 hours a day manually peeling 410 eggs, 15% of which are damaged and cannot be sold. They pay a worker $15 an hour to do the job. So, peeling an egg costs $22.50. Eggs lose an average of 15% of their 420 eggs each time due to the various damage they take during skinning. On average 63 eggs are not sold at a time. Lost $28.80 a day in the work of peeling eggs alone. Since the noodle shop is open 25 days a month, they lose $720 a month just doing egg peeling. This equates to $8,640 a year.
Only takes up very little space!
The machine can benefit not only food services (eg restaurants, etc.), but also food retail (eg supermarkets, etc.) businesses and food producers or processors that handle hard-boiled eggs. For example, it might come in handy for bakeries, delis, food factories and other similar businesses that make and sell egg sandwiches. There are already devices that can do the same job, but for the most part, these models are expensive, bulky, and—most importantly—peel soft-boiled eggs without any damage.
Thanks to high performance and automation, the tedious work of peeling hard-boiled eggs can now be automated.
